Was having a very quick stop on route to Berlin so didn’t use any facilities, gym, bar etc. Reception staff spoke excellent English and were cheerful and helpful when I arrived late at 3am!! "We celebrated my birthday with 40 plus people and everything was awesome- the attentiveness and responsiveness of the hotel management and staff, the food was exceptional, the decorations elegant and most beautiful, the service was friendly and attentive and always helpful as needs arose. It was an all around the exceptional experience."

"Lovely friendly hotel, lovely front of house member of staff gave us a drink free of charge on arrival as such a hot day and we walked from town (mainly uphill!) We only stayed one night, all was great, right next to starlight express and some lovely touches e.g. photobooth Would recommend to anyone!"
