「Absolutely the best part of our 13 days visiting Italy was staying 3 nights at the villa. Amazing view and house was perfect and clean. We only wished we had more time to spend at the villa. Francesco and Anna were very informative and responsive to any questions we had. Miss it already!!」

「Beautiful views, a moments walk to a really great well stocked supermarket, right on the bus line for Capri, Anacapri or down to the harbour, 3 separate bedrooms and two bathrooms and coffee in the kitchen. Felt like a taste of being a local - everything was clean and well looked after. Outdoor seating areas were 5 star and even has a hot tub and sun lounge chairs. Great place for a group of adults or a family. 」

「We had a wonderful stay in Ischia with our family. There were 9 of us and the villa was perfect. It was a great location near the port, Fiorenzo was very helpful throughout our stay. The grounds of the property were amazing with awesome views in all directions. We enjoyed the sauna, pool and grill. A great time was had by all!」

「the view was amazing! the home was wonderful with plenty of space for everyone to spend time together but also decompress on their own if needed. It was a bit of a hike to get to the property, but once there it was much easier to get to town via back stairs that are still a little tricky to navigate but allowed sea access and its walkable to town. We absolutely loved our stay in this quiet but gorgeous town!」

「Beautiful accommodations, many outdoor areas and spectacular vistas. A big Thank You! to the hosts for sharing their property with us. Every time we did a day trip, we were so happy to come back home to the clean, quiet and comfortable villa. If you are in reasonable shape, a car is not required. There is a trail near the house that will take you to the village for stores and restaurants ( bit difficult to find, watch for a set of stairs about 50 meters up the road. 「Stayed with wife, son (22 years), daughter (19). Plenty of space, clean nice looking peoperty. Great view. Especially from the spa (it doesnt get hot (30 C) but was perfect temp because hot outside. About a 15 minute walk to Anicapre which we did daily without issue. Owner was very commucitive and helped us secure taxis to port and Capri. It ia a long walk and step down hill to grotta azzurra (strenuous) but worth it for us to get there on or before 9 am. Best time because of sun angle and very...
