The hotel is quite big but still feels intimate. I loved the onsen, the Westin Club, and the other restaurants and bars. "We had a fantastic stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We stayed in a suite and the room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed and high quality amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job maintaining the room throughout our visit. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated to major attractions. I would definitely stay here again if I visited Kyoto again. "

"Nice quiet spot off the main road in Sanjo. Very close to Gion for nice night walks. Really close to the station to go to Fushimi Inari, etc. Staff was very helpful during check in but also helped us ship our bags. Three of us stayed in the premium triple room, and it was more spacious than I had anticipated! Very comfortable and quiet stay and was able to do laundry as well. For the location and comfort I would definitely stay again. "
