Oh so convenient. We stayed on the way back from Penang/Ipoh and traveling to KL by train. So just had to walk across the road from KL Sentral (actually there is a walkway but we didn’t know at that time). very nice room, great staff, great location. breakfast was terrible though, long queue waiting to be seated. food was worse than a fast food store, great staff though. need a huge improvement on food and beverage. stayed here for 3 nights with breakfast plan, only went there once as i didn’t want to waste my quota on the crappy food. overall the hotel is very good, especially the room and staff, 90 out of 100.
