Please create another place just for people who can heat up their meals or milk etc Because sometimes we need to feed our children at odd hours or an elderly mother And it’s in conversation when someone says Oh we can’t allow you to do that Because it can contaminate out microwave. It’s always important to have it available to the Guest who are staying at your facility."

"Pro: cheaper option near Mid Valley megamall, just need walk over link bridge. Ample parking (with touch n go card). Comes with breakfast (few set meals to select the night before and they will deliver the foos to the room next morning). Con: they did not set up any sofabed/ extra bed per my request during booking. After check in we informed the front desk and they said they would send the staffs to set it up. We left the apartment for dinner. To our disappointment, the set up was just a single layer of mattress oj the floor (no base) and 1 pillow.. no blanket. Worst was the staffs didnt close our room door properly and we just pushed it to open, which was a shock to us. One of the couches in the living room was dirty and we didn't sit on that. "
