Ascott stays never disappoints!! This was the most comfortable stay during my 5 week holiday traveling between China and Malaysia. Bedrooms were tidy and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils and appliances. It really made me feel like I was at home. Front desk service was courteous, welcoming and professional. The only thing I would like to comment on is their breakfast. It could do better, from food varieties, atmosphere and location. I’ve been to other Ascott buffets and this one was literally a joke.

The transportaion service from hotel to kl sentral train station, excellent, Mr Mururgan the driver was very accomodating, 5 stars for his service, 5 stars for reception staff, patient and courteous. Highly recomended place to stay if you are woth family, the rooms are spacious, bathroom shower best i have ever seen, beats other 5 star hotels in the vicinty.

Good value, central hotel

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good facilities and choice of two pools. Shuttle service to Sentral station where we were able to check our suitcases in and were issued with our boarding passes making for an easy and trouble free train trip to the airport and directly through customs.

Last minute booking. Very friendly staff provided all property details upon check-in and answered all of our questions. Very walkable area, located next to KL Sentral LRT and Nu Sentral Shopping Mall. Easily accessible by Grab and public transportation options at KL Sentral.

Great Stay

Rooms are very spacious and clean, staff is super friendly. Prorperty is well located, minutes away from KL Sentral. Batharea is a bit dimly lit and dated. Water flow and pressure are quite slow and could be better. Breakfast is very average and there is no room service but there are plenty of Grabfood options in the area. Overall a much recommended and great stay!

The room was very nice full equipped in the kitchen, I am sure to come back with my family. One needs to improve is your breakfast, very poor chef, need a cleverer and more creative chef. The restaurant's staffs were busy chit-chatting to themselves which is very poor educated.

Nice and spacious and well located

The property was not new but well maintained. The location just 5 minutes by foot from Nu Sentral the Mall with lots's of retail and F & B choices but a bit further away from the train station and using a taxi or hail ride if advisable if you have luggage. Overall, the surrounding area is vibrant and festive.The rooms are large with a kitchenette and bathroom The F & B choices in the hotel is limited but well supplemented by the surroundings. The service is adequate and efficient. The prices offered during my stay were reasonable. Since my extended family live within 20 minutes by car, I would stay at the Ascott again. The breakfast however was on the meagre side

Room are spacious. Cooker, Microwave, Capsule coffee machine worked well. Cleaner lady Ramlah, counter staffs, Drivers, concierge are friendly & Helpful. Self laundry washer & Dryer cost Myr 10.60 each. The breakfast need to improve with more Ham, Bacon, Salted eggs, pickles for porridge. 5 mins walking distance to NU Sentral. Btw will choose Ascott . Excellent 👌👍.
