Outstanding!

The room was gorgeous with incredible views. The staff from the moment we arrived were kind and attentive. The room had been decorated for us with birthday balloons and a piece of cake each - this was totally unexpected but such a nice touch. The staff were really accommodating when we wanted to watch the sunrise on the roof, something I highly recommend doing. We can't wait to stay again later in the year :)

I had a very nice stay at Banyan Tree KL. The room was very spacious and I loved the bathtub and bathroom. Comfort level was high, staff was excellent. Lots of little attentions in the room (essential oil, yoga mat, smart toilet - scared me at first!). There is a nice pool and the breakfast was excellent. It's pricey, but a nice treat!

A brilliant choice!

Surprising small hotel, you would think it was huge. Rooms on 56 floor. Beautiful room and fabulous bathroom. Lovely, personal service. Vertigo bar is a must and very reasonably priced. Best views ever over Petronas towers! The pool is amazing too and was empty. The location opposite the Pavilion shopping mall and near other attractions is really good. A lovely hotel, highly recommended.

Stunning hotel with amazing rooms. Views are incredible over the KL skyline. Rooftop bar is fantastic with great views of the Petronas towers. Staff on the whole were very friendly and welcoming, particularly those on reception and at breakfast. Well located for access to the main areas of Kuala Lumpur.

Not only it has all you expect from a 5 star, but everyone is so professional without making you feel too awkward by being super polite, as it happens to many 5 stars. Best Rooftop Bar

Great Hotel in convenient location. Near to KLCC, Petronas Towers and with adjustment to Pavilion Shopping Mall. Don’t miss Vertigo Bar on level 58 and above. We took a Grab from the airport to the hotel, app 1 hrs. Back to the airport we took a Grab to KL Sentral and the KLIA ekspres train, nice experience. I can recommend the Banyan Tree and come back in a heartbeat. The hotel is great but the rooftop bar is out of this world

The room is big and nice decor. Staff at the lobby and check in are very attentive. Only problem is the staff at breakfast forgot to put our order and we wait more than half hour the food didn't come so I had to cancel my order. Very disappointed!
