It was a Sunday, I was at the pool. I tried to order a glass of wine and was informed I had to order a whole bottle because the bar was closed. So I ordered a bottle and sat by the pool. 15 minutes later, my bottle had still not arrived. When I went back to the restaurant counter to ask the staff, she got angry and did not even apologize for the delay.

The Apartment and kitchenette ar well maintained

This is my second time booked the 2 Bedrooms Executive Apartment for my small event. I have made a remark for reserving the room with designed work space in Hotels.com and VE Hotel & Residence did reserved it for me, and this action really made my event went smoothly.
