「First time staying at this property. The room was impeccably clean. The staff were amazing. We arrived early. Our room wasn't ready yet because we arrived early and we still were able to get our key in our parking pass so that when we returned, we could take care of all of that right away. The bed was comfortable water pressure was fantastic in the shower. They do have breakfast, which was good. Thank you for a great night's day. Love the Saugatuck area. Can't go wrong.」

「The caretaker was wonderful. She remembered my daughter from the past and was very attentive on what Megan requested and Megan very much enjoyed. room was very comfortable very clean. would recommend for anyone to stay at the northside Inn.」

「ヨーロッパのホテルのようでかわいい印象のホテルでした。部屋も広くてよかったです。ただ冷蔵庫の中、前の人のものだと思われる飲み物が残っていたのと、ドライヤーが１つとベッドランプのつまみがどちらも取れていて使えませんでした。そのためか、ドライヤーが2台ありました。」

「B and Bに泊まるのは初体験でした。チェックインの際、部屋番号や鍵の所在をテキストでやり取りするというのも、初めてでしたが、コロナ禍ではこんな方法もあるんだと、かえって新鮮でした。周りはとても静かで、ゆったりと過ごせました。近くにレストランもあるので、食事場所も遠くまで出る必要がなく、楽でした。トラバースシティの街中と違い、落ち着いていて、また訪れたいところです。」
