「The staff were excellent. Helpful and pleasant. Walking up to the 3rd floor was a challenge. There was a walk-in shower on the 2nd floor that was helpful to vertically challenged folks who couldn’t stretch over the antique bath tub side height. Room very small. It was hard to find a place for 2 suitcases. Foam pipe wrap needed around middle support feet under bed. We kept stubbing our toes on the metal support. AC/Heat worked well.
