"Everything about the hotel was really nice, the rooms were spacious. The only issue we had was the transportation from the airport to the hotel. We waited an hour and then the bus was full. We were going to have to wait another hour and hope that there was room next time. The transport bus was too small and did not come frequently enough. We saw other hotel buses picking up more frequently. We ended up paying for a taxi out of pocket. When we mentioned it to the desk at the hotel, they did not offer to make it right."
