"We come here every time we leave for a cruise out of Miami. Truly our favorite accommodations on a 60 day trip!!"

"This hotel is incredible! The property itself is beautiful, the rooms are gorgeous and clean. The restaurants on the grounds are amazing, and reasonably priced for in-house dining. The food for room service is also delicious! My wife and I ate at Collin’s for dinner and Preston’s for breakfast twice and each time was better than the last. The check-in and checkout process was so easy and the staff was there for anything you needed. The valet process was extremely easy, and the staff for valet were excellent. The only complaint and reason I am not giving 5 stars is that it was VERY loud at night. I could hear every car drive by all throughout the night. I normally wouldn’t say anything because I understand the Miami nightlife is loud, but I believe the sound could have been muffled if the windows were better in the rooms. "

"Reception check in was abysmal. Room not available. Staff member did not know what to do. After waiting in a queue for 30 minutes was not happy. Others in queue offered complimentery drinks. We were not. Room in end was 3 bedroom but no tv in main bedroom. Same on check out. Huge queue. One staff member. Never will return. View from rooms great. Excellent location. Such a pity about the staff"

"I didn’t like how dirty the carpet in the lobby was, there were stains in my floor as well. The ladies in the restaurant were very helpful and nice."
