"Arrival was smooth. Pre-checkin on their app. For some inexplicable reason, it recorded my phone prefix as +110 (instead of +1) which ensured I could get no communication from the hotel. Front desk lines always seemed lengthy when you needed help. Doordashing dinner was a nightmare as there is no where for drivers to park at that time of day. Went to the concierge in the morning to arrange a cruise transfer, but the concierge showed up about 20 minutes late that morning, and the front desk couldn’t/wouldn’t help. Aside from those things, the room was gorgeous, the view incredible, and you can’t really be any closer to the cruise terminals. The cruise transfer ultimately was easy and smooth (once arranged), and there are convenient shopping and dining options around."
