10/10 Excellent

"The room was nice, the bed softn cozy, there was a safe, ironing board, a fridge, the breakfast was superb in taste , staff very cordial, the corridor was very fragrant. Reception was very accomodating and supportive. Happy hour was most enjoyed, the location to south beach was ideal (a stones throw away). The pool was located next door and was nice. I truly had a wonderful time there would definitely return."

"The hotel is not a 5-star hotel, but the staff certainly deserves 5 stars. If you want to enjoy a family vacation, this hotel is perfect. It has a huge swimming pool, and the beach is less than 20 steps away from the pool. The breakfast is simple and includes coffee, oatmeal, and fruit. If you would like something more substantial, you can order eggs, sausage, and bacon for an additional cost, usually between $3 and $5. The location is excellent, with several restaurants nearby. My children had a wonderful time enjoying both the beach and the pool."

"My husband I went for a quick trip to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect. It’s around plenty of little shops and restaurants that are walkable. The check-in process was quick and our room was great. We loved the ambiance, the toiletries and most important everything was clean. The only downside is parking. You have to park on the street or in the parking garage around the corner."

Loews Miami Beach Hotel – South Beach

"Property is in a great location. Incredible kid friendly (amenities, food options). We stayed for 2 nights pre-cruise and made good use of pool. Very walkable location as well. My only issue was with pool service- it was VERY difficult to find a pool server and there was also abanonded pool towels and plates everywhere. Seemed understaffed. Other than that we had a great time."

"Was really looking forward to staying here. The foyer to the hotel is really nice the rooms are big but could be done with a bit of an update in some areas. Had to get shower fixed but they seen to that fairly quickly. One member of staff was super friendly but the others did their job fine but could have been a bit more pleasant. No idea why they have a kitchen area but absolutely nothing in it."
