"All the staff were helpful, and the hotel has good places to eat. Aside from a few in the restaurants, most staff were fluent in English, so not much to worry about if you aren't fluent in Spanish. My biggest complaint would likely be how our room’s hardwood and tile floors were not cleaned frequently, so our feet would collect dirt and dust."

"Great location! Loved the on-site coffee bar & rooftop restaurant, 24-hour convenience store next door, and extremely helpful front desk staff. We had 2 double beds with a terrace where we enjoyed drinking coffee in the mornings. The one caution is that if you are a light sleeper, beware that the terrace is very loud due to being on the busy street side. Between the honking, motors, people singing (once at 4:30 am), etc. you will get interrupted sleep unless you use the provided earplugs. The other side of the hotel is off a quiet street. We would definitely stay here again."
