「Firstly, the property was breathtaking! The staff were attentive and responsive. The condo was immaculately cleaned. One of my most important features, the bed was COMFORTABLE! There is nothing worse than sleeping in a lumpy, tilted, spring leaked bed… It was firm but soft almost like a billowing cloud. The view was out of this world. 「The ocean view was nice. We did have a disappointing experience during our stay. Unfortunately, we found cockroaches in both the room and the refrigerator, which made us uncomfortable and raised concerns about cleanliness. We appreciate that the host was understanding and provided a partial refund to help make up for the inconvenience, but the condition of the accommodation prevented us from fully enjoying our stay. We hope the pest issue is addressed so future guests have a better experience.」
