The condo we stayed in was nice and it was massive. The restaurant on site is so good and the pools and beach access was nice! I didn’t have a problem with this because of the time of year, but there isn’t A/C in the units, so keep that in mind if you’re looking for that or your trip is in the warmer months.

Staff was nice and room was good. They placed an almost $800 hold on my card for resort fees, parking, and “incidentals”. (I was there for 5 nights). $25 a night parking, $45 a day in resort fees(seems excessive since The Westin right down the walkway is $49 and by far superior offerings). To make this worse, when I was there, their website was a deal of no parking fees and no resort fees.

when we arrived staff was gracious and happy to help, during our stay they were eager to help. Upon checkout though, they were short, and seemed eager to dismiss us, and not courteous.
