「Check in was fine. Property management company was easy to reach. I appreciated the text messages, especially when traveling. Building and grounds upkeep excellent! A lot of care was put into that and it shows. Parking was fine. Never a problem to find a space. Unit- location is great. Loved being right there to see and hear the surf. Could watch my 20-something at Kam l from the lanai when they wanted to play in the surf.Walkable distance to beaches, restaurants, coffee, convenience...

We also really appreciated the one time grocery coupon included….We loved the view and had fun watching for whales everyday! The beach is a three minute walk and the condo has chairs, toys and umbrella - which was wonderful.
