「Nothing fancy, and not as "cute" as the photos make it seem. Walking in there was a bunch of random glass and building materials in the hallway, creaky stairs, etc. The walls/doors are also PAPER THIN so expect to hear other guests if you stay here (i woke up to kids screaming a lot and some ppl playing loud music - they do have earplugs in the room though). There are two shuttered/closed down restaurants below the hotel, which gave it a sorta sad vibe. Otherwise, excellent location, easy 2block...

「Perfect for my needs. Great location, quiet neighborhood, comfortable bed and very responsive host. One issue with crumbs on the top and bottom sheets of the bed. Host explained that the cleaning service was new and I was offered replacement sheets, but I had already brushed them off :-」

「Amazing communication from the host and the space was exactly as described. It was perfect for our USMMA parent’s weekend as it had laundry and an iron for uniforms. Beds were comfortable and the towels were clean and fluffy, plus plenty of hot water all five of us. Absolutely recommend the space for future stays. 」

「It was the perfect fit! We were in town for a wedding. It was close to shopping & easy to uber from. Vanesss was super helpful & accommodated our schedule:) We sat on the patio in the evening - very nice!!! Great experience!!We have friends in the area and will definitely be staying again. 」

「Great place for two people. Was close to family and the beach. And the train. Kitchen well equipped. Had a nice stay. Thanks Scott. 」

「Clean, pretty, and well set up 1-BR apt in in a nice neighborhood on LI. Check in was easy. Kitchen was small (and I wish the Keurig was stocked with coffee rather than hot chocolate). Bedroom and bed were comfortable although the room was small). Bathroom was clean and pretty, with a very nice shower. The landlord was very nice.」

「We visited Long Island for a family visit and have stayed with my wife, Daughter and my dog Molly! The apartment was just right for us, clean and comfortable. I did meet the owner who was very nice and welcoming.I would definitely consider for my next visit to NY!」

「We booked 3 nights but only stayed for one.Home was very clean and decor beautiful. Neighborhood extremely quiet. Uber service was fast in the area. No issues. Just as advertised. Can recommend preferably to a couple as space is small. Stairs not suitable for heavy/lots of luggage thou. Overall we loved it.」

「Very. Very. Very. Clean property. Smells good. Looks good. Comfortable, very comfortable. Parking for our rental car was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. We had a small issue in the address. On the app, the address was 142 but the actual property was 146. The pictures helped us to the property. And 1 more small thing, we didnt have was towels. But we actually travel with wash towels. With so much family on the east coast, we will for sure revisit this property. 」

"I stayed there with my family arriving from Paris and catching flight to Tokyo the following day. After claiming our baggage, we went to the AirTrain Federal Circle station, where all the hotel shuttles arrive. No Hyatt shuttle came. We called the hotel to find out that they don't provide airport shuttle service and the best way to get there is to use ride share. We were surprised to hear that as it is an airport hotel (as the name suggests) and Expedia booking site says free shuttle. It is very misleading. We ended up paying $80 for round trip between hotel and JFK. Hotel and our room were comfortable and clean. We especially liked the gym. But our experience would have been better if we had known there is no airport shuttle service. "

"空港から、そして空港までの送迎があったので非常に便利だった。ベッドも寝やすく、ポットボトルの水も2本付いていた。また、私の場合は一度出国して、３日後に再入国して１泊して帰国する際に使用したのだが、３日間荷物を預かっていてくれたので非常に便利であった。（出国する時に、ホテルに荷物を持って行って預けてからホテルの送迎バスでJFKに送って頂いた）1階には、コーヒーや水のサービスもありいつでも飲める状態であったのもプラスポイント。朝食は、まあまあではあった。２つ程言うならば、周りは人通りの非常に少ない住宅街で、一番近い店まで歩いて10分弱掛かった事と、セーフティーボックスが無かったので店まで歩くまで貴重品を持って歩くかホテルに置いておくか判断しなければいけなかった事であろうか。ホテルにはBARがあったが、何か食事をとなるならデリバリーのピザ等以外の場合は少し面倒かもしれない。"
