The space is really and an amazing spot, especially if you have an event at UbS arena. It's about 10 minutes away by car, and there are great places to get a snack within walking distance. We loved it.

Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy. This basement apartment is newly decorated and squeaky clean. There was a hot water heater but no coffee maker. We brought this to the owners attention and it should not be a problem in the future. We would stay here again!

Booking this Vrbo was incredibly easy and the host's communication was spot-on. The apartment was immaculate and modern, stocked with absolutely everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to any questions, which we greatly appreciated. It also felt completely safe, so we never worried about leaving our items behind while out on day trips and for our reunion. There was plenty of space for our group of three. I would definitely stay here again!

Excellent experience, the unit is nice, clean, updated, and had every amenity you could need. The check in and check out process was seamless. Located in nice home on a quiet block in Elmont. Target is not too far away and there are plenty of food options near by. King Umberto’s has some of the best pizza. Plenty of Deli’s nearby as well, I would stay here again.

This was a very nice place for 3-4 people for a long weekend stay - close to a variety of restaurants, bright & clean, with everything needed if cooking in is preferred.

This unit is A New York BASEMENT apartment & described as going through the gate to the back. Had communication to host prior asking about public transportation & advised that I am a former NY resident & never stated that you enter through the backyard(this information was on the check in instructions I didn’t read, but you only get that once it’s too late). The steps are very steep & me having A foot problem wouldn’t have rented. The ad is misleading & A kitchen with no pans for oven. One television in A hallway & none in either bedroom. They modernized the basement but not worth it & especially since the homeowner lives in the house & you could hear the child that lives there. No laundry service & give 1 set of towels in the summer heat per person for 4 days. Had to go purchase towels & bath sponges since we all change them everyday at home. NY needs to stop wanting to exploit people & rent their private homes, no privacy & ridiculous quiet time from 10 PM to 8 AM, which is A bit much when you charge 280 A night. A hotel would have gave me better deal. accommodation. Very disappointed & if you stay out late street parking is horrible on that busy street. Very upset about this stay & paying earnest cash.

Wonderful property

Very. Very. Very. Clean property. Smells good. Looks good. Comfortable, very comfortable. Parking for our rental car was great. Beds were comfortable. Shower was awesome. We had a small issue in the address. On the app, the address was 142 but the actual property was 146. The pictures helped us to the property. And 1 more small thing, we didnt have was towels. But we actually travel with wash towels. With so much family on the east coast, we will for sure revisit this property.
