「We had a great experience at this apartment! The location is amazing and the price was reasonable. The apartment is small, but our family of four (kids 3 & 5) fit just fine for our weekend NYC stay. Nice to have a closed-off bedroom so the kids could go to sleep before the adults—that was our main draw to the apt over a hotel room. Host was communicative. Overall a great experience. Thanks!」

「My family and I took a trip to New York and stayed in Hell's Kitchen. It was nicely located near Times Square and close proximity to Restaurant Row. A nice kids park is located at the end of the block. All the broadway shows were walking distance. Catching a Subway was easy to get to lower manhattan and the Cruiseline for an excursion was only a few walking blocks away. Overall the stay was great. 「I love love love this apartment. The apartment was just the right amount of space for me and my friend. The bed was comfortable. The living room had the right amount of space and Very clean. It smelled good. We had all the amenities that we needed. The host of the apartment Had very clear communication and responded Immediately with any questions we had. 「Our stay at Farida’s loft was great! The location was great for us as we stayed attended the US Open tennis. You can see the care that Farida puts into her place as the outside entry is so beautiful and inviting. Inside, the loft is as described. The beds are comfortable, even the futon under the loft bed. There was ample hot water in the shower, and Farida also provided free coffee, tea, water and snacks. We also met Farida and she was wonderful to talk to and gave us the privacy we desired....

「”Hotel”ではなく”Apartments”とのことからサービス等に若干不安があったが、全く無用だった。利便性がひじょうに良く、又、大通りに面していないので夜の騒音も然程気にならなかった。但し、部屋の鍵がドアノブにキーを入れて回す旧式の為、ドアの開け閉めに手間取ったのと、室内のセキュリティボックスの4桁数値の入力がうまく反応せず結局利用出来なかった点が不満。」
