Nice overall experience

Great location. Comfy bed, nice TV. Low water pressure in shower and took an extremely long time to heat up. Quiet and private. Easy parking.

Check in not until 6pmParking not in driveway ---difficult to find a spot on the street"sleeps two" is a stretch with futon way too firm and more like an automonNo tp allowed in toilet! Despite that, it still backed up (disgusting)Getting hot (warm) water quite challenging

Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication
Communication was difficult. The owner did not know that I was arriving, how I booked the place, nor my duration of stay. There weren't any towels, pool deck was shoddily constructed and the toilet backing up was a deal breaker. I cannot keep used toilet paper in the bathroom. I checked in late and checked out a day early.
