"We booked the family executive suite for our 7 day stay and thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, its location and especially the amenities included with our suite including the breakfast and afternoon cocktails in the lounge. Highly recommend!"

"Perfectly convenient location in the heart of Piccadilly Circus. If you read up on the hotel, you will not be surprised by the smaller rooms and little amenities. There is so much to do and so close to the Underground train system. The Zedwell is the best value for the area. Highly recommended."

"Unfortunately my room had inadequate facilities (a wardrobe that didn’t allow for full-length storage of my garments) but the staff downstairs put it right and moved me to a better room. The breakfast the following day was wonderful and all-in-all, a lovely stay. Would definitely return:"

"Firstly, the staff were all excellent. Everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Room was very good. Really liked how spacious it was (apartment room). Only downfall was the room was not as clean as we would have liked upon check in. There was long hair in multiple places in the room and looked like something had been spilled and so seemed unlikely the room had been mopped after the last guests had checked out. The hotel itself was nice and functioned well. In a good location for exploring. We got the breakfast add on and didn't really find it worth the cost. It wasn't bad but wasn't great either."

"The hotel was very noisy early in the mornings, almost every morning it sounded like there was maintenance was going on. Some websites say there’s a gym, there is definitely no gym at this property."
