"This hotel is right in the middle of everything and is a good price for the location. It is clean and safe. There are few amenities, as to be expected. The only issue is that the hotel elevators are very small and very slow. I would request a lower floor and take the stairs, if you can."

"This hotel has a newly renovated spa and gym. I would strongly recommend this. Everything else is consistently excellent. Excellent staff. Easy check-in. The management has really made a significant effort after covid to keep this as one of the premier hotels in London."

"The rooms are basic, just sleeping, no tv. Was clean. The staff was very awesome and friendly, willing to help with anything, got there early and the room wasn’t ready. They let us leave our luggage there while we explored the neighborhood until the room was ready. Once the room was ready they let us check in even thought it was before check in time. I would go back to this hotel."
