A perfect place for a peaceful holiday

This property is wonderful. Carry-le-Rouet is a quiet marina/fishing village about 40 km west of Marseille and a 20 minute drive from Marseille-Provence airport. The villa is separate in its own property and overlooks the harbor. There is a private path down the hillside from the house to the beach with a locked gate. The beach is quiet and rarely crowded - wonderful for swimming and learning to snorkel. There is a good private parking space and the very large patio/veranda looks directly over the harbor. The Villa is beautifully decorated inside with a very well-equipped kitchen and modern appliances where everything looks brand new. The house is very spacious. The main living room also has a beautiful view from a large window overlooking the harbor. Everything is very clean and well-maintained especially the bathrooms The air-conditioning works very well which was important because it was very hot the first week we were there. The host, Olivier was there exactly as planned to meet us and gave a good overview of the house and amenities. Whenever we had questions he responded immediately to our texts. Everything was well deserved in our 5-star ratings.
