The feature was a bathroom in the wardobe ( I kid ye not ) It was very clean and tidy. The floorboards creaked a bit but this is a castle built in 14C so we can excuse that. 「This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. Kudos to the management for hiring such awesome people.
The next door pub waggon team is also an asset, good food at reasonable prices.
