"I got to this property sort of taken a back. I didn't realize there were bedside fees along with extra pet fees- I "assumed" they were included in the price of the hotel because I asked for a pet friendly room. Not such a big deal, it's life. What made this experience so great was the fact that I didn't end up having the dog, after I ended up paying for it. I voiced my concerns to get my money back to the front desk and they told me I would get my money back at checkout. Slightly hopeful, I was patient and understood the assignment- and so did the lady at the front counter. She wasn't the one who told me to get the refund at checkout, but I told her of the situation and she fixed it for me promptly. I would not have been a returning customer if it wasn't for Kelly and her commitment to keeping the companies word. If I haven't voiced it enough, Kelly really made my entire day today at checkout. Thank you!"
