"This an amazing beach get away! We loved every minute in this cozy cottage steps away from a beautiful beach! Everything you need for a beach weekend is there (beach towels, chairs, toys, an ice chest, and even 2 cute beach bikes!"

"We had a great stay at this property! This was our second stay on manasota key, but the first at this rental. Everything was clean and as described. The beach access is a VERY reasonable walk, about 5 minutes from the door to the water. We would absolutely stay here again! We stayed with pets as well and everyone was very comfortable!"

"Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year."

"Our family took our first ever vacation here. It took me a long time to book because I wanted to find the perfect place. This beach house was it! I am so happy I booked this location. It had everything we needed to help make everything memorable. There was 7 of us and there was more than enough room for everyone to do their own thing and enjoy our time together. I appreciated the private parking. There is also a storage area that had beach umbrellas, sand sifters, beach chairs, beach toys and beach towels. All the beds were comfy and there is also an additional LIVING ROOM that is not pictured with a huge sectional couch and TV. The kiddos loved it! The wrap around deck was great with an outdoor shower to wash the sand off. The sunset views are amazing and there is a PRIVATE beach. We had family staying in another condo down the road and they were trying to book it for their next trip!! The ONLY cons I experienced is the door facing the Gulf did not lock (I did let the property manager know) We were always there anyway and just pushed the furniture in front of it so our toddlers couldn't escape throughout the night. In the bedrooms, there are only sheer curtains so people walking by can see directly inside. We just changed our clothes in places that they couldn't see. No biggie! I absolutely love this place and will always cherish the memories made here. I pray I get another opportunity to stay here, its THAT GOOD! BOOK IT! I promise you won't be disappointed."

"All 4 of us were delighted when we walked into the living room of our for the weekend getaway home. It was clean, spacious, homey, and just perfect for a quilters’ long weekend at the beach. We had plenty of room to sew, Lots of restaurants to try, and plenty of beautiful beach to explore. We can’t wait to return!"

"We booked last minute for a beach getaway on our anniversary. The unit is a little dated but very clean and well kept. It is right on the beach but the unit faces the street. There is a small porch on the side with a beach view. The location is great and only a short walk to Stump Pass Beach State Park. Overall we had a great stay here."
