Michelle communicated with us proactively and frequently to ensure we had the information we needed to maximize our time in this beautiful home. The proximity to the beach is as advertised “50 steps” and the beach was picture perfect. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and relaxing get away. This is the place.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. The check in was easy and we had no problem finding the property. The place was literally just a few steps from the beach, really nice and convenient with family with children. Michelle the owner answered supper fast and addressed any questions that I had. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again.

Great stay

You really can't beat the location of this rental. It is truly 50 steps from the beach and you are looking at the beach before you are on it. The house was very clean and they have really thought of everything that you might need. We felt very at home and we will absolutely be returning!

Paradise!

Great location! Steps away from the most serene beach. Unit B was clean, and neat. The deck was wonderful to sit and listen to the waves. The beach is so peaceful, especially during the morning hours! The sunset was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful location

The condo was very nice and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils. There was plenty of space for my family of 6. There was beach toys for my Grandchildren ages 3 and 5 to play with and beach chairs for the adults. We would highly recommend this property.

We had the most incredible stay at this beautiful beach house! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the peek a boo ocean views from every room, clean and spacious rooms, and thoughtful touches throughout the home. The decor was modern yet cozy, making it feel like a true home away from home.The location couldn’t have been better — just steps from the beach and close to great local restaurants. We especially loved relaxing on the deck in the evenings, listening to the waves and watching the sunset.The hosts were amazing — friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this beach house to anyone looking for a relaxing, unforgettable getaway!

Great getaway

Perfect accommodations for a quick family getaway (6 adults and we all slept very comfortable). We were down for a wedding and this allowed us to enjoy our own space and the beach. You are literally 50 steps to the beach and it is beautiful! They have towels, chairs, cooler for ventures to the sand and everything in the house is perfect appointed for anything you might need. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back soon.

Amazing location

This property was perfect for my family and mom. The house has everything that you need. The hosts did a great job communicating with me before, during, and after. The location is 10/10. I have stayed in a bunch of beach houses, and this is the best beach access that we have ever had. 50 steps, and you are on the beach. There are no stairs to the beach, which makes it perfect to bring a wagon back and forth! We could leave everything under the steps at the house. It was lovely and easy to go back and forth, and I didn't have to worry about my kids doing it independently.

Girls 60's club

This was a girls get away trip there were 5 of us, age range 60 to 70. All 5 of us gave this rental a 5 star in how clean the unit was and equipment in all areas including the kitchen. This unit was redone recently and it looks brand new on the inside. The beds were very comfortable. The beach is just wonderful it was very close to the unit just one house in front of the unit. Walked a short path and the beach is right there. We had a storm one night found lots of shells next day and sharks teeth. I found a tiger shark tooth that was larger than a quarter. We girls go to this beach ever year and we can say this was the cleanest place we ever stayed.

This was the 2nd time our family stayed at this house and we lived it. Great view of the Gulf from the porch and just a short walk to the beach!! Also close to lots of great restaurants and fishing pier for my husband and father. We will definitely be back again in the future.

Really beautiful place! Owners did a fantastic job with the space. Neighbor a few blocks to the left fished with me every morning..caught some Spanish, Black Drum, some Snook, and even a few Specks near the shore. Sharks teeth were very prevalent and our best day was around 175 or so. My only recommendation would be some better cookwear (pots/pans), as what was there was getting pretty bad. Thank you all for allowing us to share your home!

This property is beautiful & is only steps away from the beach. Beach is very quiet when we were here which is exactly what we were looking for. Comfortable beds and a fully stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a girl's trip for 4. This is our second time staying at this unit. Stayed the year of 2023 and this year. When we stayed in 2023 the unit had just recently been renovated. This unit still looks like it is brand new on the inside. The host is so easy to work with and gets back with you quickly when contacted. The only thing the unit needs is a larger cookie sheet in the kitchen.

Wonderful place to be on Manasota Key!!!!

We loved this place!!! Newly remodeled and very comfortable. My sister and I along with our husbands stayed for one week in April. Coming from Michigan, We wanted a cozy place on the beach to relax without a spring break crowd. Beds are super comfortable and we loved all the extras in the bathroom. Beach is so close

We came to Manisota as an alternative to Sanibel. We like quiet and laid back and Manisota is that. The proximity to the beach, literally 50 steps as described, outdoor shower, beach chairs make it a great spot. Having 2 bathrooms and full size washer/dryer is a plus. Kitchen has all newer appliances and plenty of staples in the cabinets and fridge. Deck was a great bonus.

Excellent for a relaxing weekend!

This condo was at a perfect location. Looks to be newly renovated and everything seemed new, we really enjoyed the fact that it was super clean and fresh! The beach was just steps away from the condo. It was one of the most fun beaches we have been too and one of the most beautiful looking water I have seen in the US. My kids loved that there were tons of shells to collect and play with! There are close nearby restaurants, which were excellent! Grocery store is further away but we didn’t really need much. Great place over all and will be coming back to the area!
