The room was fantastic and the staff were all lovely. The room was clean and comfortable and the balcony was great. All of the staff were warm and welcoming. We paid extra for breakfast a couple of days which was great and we had room service as well.

The location is excellent. The host is very available and quickly answered questions. We had an issue with the hot water and she helped us resolve it within minutes. This is a great place to stay at Como lake. It's location is perfect, with excellent views to the lake and mountains. Super modern design, clean and beautiful surroundings and gardens. Close to nice restaurants and walkable to Lecco city.
