"Lovely local area - very authentically Italian. However 40 mins drive uphill from main Como lake and city, 25 mins drive to the local lake area advertised on site. Parking extremely difficult as busy with restaurant and the locals. Restaurants/shops nearby are delicious and very cheap in comparison to down in Como. Views are beautiful and the accommodation itself if nice. "

"This the best property in Bellagio! The rooms are modern and spotless, the restaurants are excellent, the pool is refreshing but the best quality of the hotel is their amazing staff. They are a great team dedicated to making your stay perfect. I emailed questions and they were responsive and helpful in advance and also after arrival. Even shop owners in town said they consistently hear the Belvedere should be rated 5 stars. My only advice is there is no transportation in the town (taxi or uber) so make sure if you are not renting a car have the Bellagio book a car and driver for you."

"We loved the hotel, it was far enough from the hustle and bustle but still very walkable. The beaches are right outside the doors of the hotel, there was a bunch of restaurants outside the hotel doors as well. The rooftop lounge was wonderful and there is a car rental that was so much fun to drive around. It's like a Vespa meets a Fiat. We had a wonderful stay and would do it all over again!"
