"Excellent staff assistance and help. They speak good English and very friendly including staff at the bistro across the road which are very professional on their job. They really give you the best experience when staying there . "

"The room seemed a bit dated but some renovations had happened to the bathroom. The room was clean and bed was nice. The breakfast was worth getting with a decent selection and views of the lake available. The gym was fairly decent however some of the machines needed some maintenance due to issues with the cables when using. Staff were helpful when we had questions and called a taxi for us on departure. "

"A decent hotel only 10minutes walk from train/bus station 30/40 minutes walk to funeculor to get to old town. Check-in was easy and as we had arrived early to store bags they actually done the check in process then so when we returned later they gave us our key code at same time as bags so could go straight to room. I would definitely stay here again should I return to Bergamo "
