「Just skip this place, not worth it. Joao is not an unfriendly guy on the phone and he's flexible, but the place is damp and dirty. Not enough bedlinen and towels provided, took two days to deliver. Entry of property hard to find. WiFi only in one spot on the property (the shared activity room) for one device at a time. Frogs singing all night in a pond on the property, loudly (I liked it, but can be annoying). The jacuzzi is empty and dirty. Madeira is amazing though, absolutely go there. Nice...

「The place is up a hill, and there are some noises, but all in all it was very nice to stay there. Two stages and balconies. Seperatet rooms. Nice ambience and a great view over Funchal. The kitchen has everything you need (the oven could be places better, but it worked for cooking).」

Die Busstation ist dierekt vor der Tür und in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum Funchals. die Sicht auf die Stadt ist äußerst schön, jedoch können die Straßengeräusche etwas stören, wenn das Fenster nachts offen ist. 「Wir verbrachten 3 tolle Wochen im Häuschen. Kommunikation mit Rose war super, als der Liegestuhl kaputt ging, sorgte sie sofort für Ersatz. Leider wird im Moment unterhalb gebaut und die Aussicht leidet etwas darunter. Ein Sonnenschirm wäre noch toll, so suchten wir den Schatten unter der Palme. Leider haben wir nicht gesehen, dass es keinen Backofen hat und bei 3 Wochen Aufenthalt war das etwas schade. Die Pizzeria in der Nähe bietet im Moment keine Pizza an. Aber sonst hat das Haus alles, was...

「Heel mooi huis. Lekker ruim. Goede bedden en schoon. Keuken alles aanwezig. Erg fijn! Oprit is spannend ivm steilheid an de weg. Ik had via de website gevraagd of zwbad verwarmd kon worden ivm verblijf begin januari, daar geen reactie op gekrege . We hebben dus wel.wat gezwommen maar hadden het meer willen doen. Dat was erg jammer! Wel theedoeken en keukendoeken gemist. En nieuwe vuiliszakken die passen. Verder niets aan te merken!」

「Excellent stay, 10/10 recommend. Very clean and well maintained, beautiful views. Host was easy to communicate with, responsive, and had lots of thoughtful touches (local fruit, water, etc). Well stocked kitchen for cooking. Would recommend a car, but that’s true for most of Madeira. 」

「The apartment is wonderfully located and correctly furnished. The view is incredible and worth the stay. Next to nice seaside resorts (Punta Gorda, Lido) and great walks, not far from the bus and supermarkets. The host is very nice and available, the communication was perfect, he even came to look for me at the airport for a reasonable price.」

「施設は広くて良いのですが、毎日のハウスキーピングと書いてある条件は誤りでした。私たちの滞在の際は１日おきにしかベットメーキングはありませんでした。またフロントとレストランの連携はされていなく、フロントでは朝食の事前予約は不要、レストランに行くと予約はしないと困ると言われたり、接遇に疑問が残ります。」
