「Eigentlich schönes hostel mit freundlichen Leuten, aber zum einen Zimmer zim Teil staubig, der Bezug für die Bettdecke besteht nur aus 2 losen Tüchern (gewöhnbungsbedürftuf) und die Badsituation fanden wir nicht so optimal, da das untere Bad schon sehr klein und auch nicht besonders einladend ist. Das obere ist okey. Küche ist schön und man hat alles was man brauch. Gibt auch einen Whirlpool. Generell waren die Zimmer überall etwas kalt, da die kleinen Heizkörper es zum Teil nicht schaffen, die...

「Beautiful hotel and grounds! Friendly and helpful staff, delicious food! A wonderful all inclusive experience. We had a beautiful room with an extra large balcony with partial view. Room was always cleaned daily and towels changed. We enjoyed the location, the ample parking and the grounds. Kids enjoyed the heated pool and we all enjoyed the buffet, kulinarium restaurant and the evening shows. We are already planning our next trip there! 「What a lovely location although there are multiple suites and rooms, from the majority of vistas they are all nestled within the land and discrete. There were issues with the room but we were kindly offered alternatives. Breakfast was included and you couldn't eat enough. The grounds were impressively level given the graduated levels of Maderia's landscape.」

「Unfortunately I would say our experience wasn’t great. The balcony door was broken and when asked to have our room switched she told us not to worry it’s safe. Being that we were on a girls trip. We didn’t feel safe at all and the balcony was on the first floor. So people can easily just walk right it. That ruined the trip it self. The space it self was clean and huge. Very roomie but that situation didn’t allow us to sleep and we had put chairs and table by the door not that would have much but...
