The food was very interesting. Some overcooked. There were ants in the dessert. We often resorted to the restaurants along the pier. They also forgot to put my birthday amenity until after we arrived but all in all the hotel was beautiful and had a very scenic view to gaze upon the mountains, oceans and sunsets. I wish it was closer to Funchal as it’s 40 minutes away and quite expensive to frequently travel to. The area is quite limited with activities so having a shorter stay would’ve been a better idea to see more of the island. But nice if you’re looking to just relax.

Staff were very friendly! Entertainment and food were fabulous. Pool spotless, great to see the manager being there on the complex walking around observing. The bar staff and waiters/waitresses were charming and nothing too much for them. With the facilities, we were disappointed on first day to have no aircon in our room, heard others had same problem with this. We were moved to different room same day but it meant we lost time unpacking and packing again. Overall the stay was so lovely and we would recommend this hotel. We certainly will be returning.

When we checked in the room we were given had a broken door so we were moved to another room. The room we were changed to was not the same as what we paid for. We paid for a double sea view and had a corner view instead. We made the best of it. We enjoyed our stay and the nightly entertainment. The buffet had a different theme each night which was nice. The poor area was clean and had plenty of lounge chairs. The beach and ocean are right there with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are 2 onsite restaurants which are included with your stay. We only ate at one of them and the food was very good. The resort is very family friendly and has a lot of amenities geared to the children. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Awesome stay with the family, super safe for the kids.and great choices when eating. Throughly recommend to stay here and will again on our return to Madeira. Have to say one of the best Mojitos I’ve ever had was here!! Too say the least, it wasn’t the only one ! 😁👍👍

Excellent facilities, nice and clean. Staff is very helpful. I would make more fish/seafood choices at the buffet and less meat. Also, the actual beach which I understand ids not really the hotel’s property is there, but the water is not very clean. But the swimming pool is great. In genrral, excellent all inclusive

Väldigt bra hotell för hela familjen. God mat och riktigt bra dryck men fantastiska drinkar i poolbaren varje dag mellan 16-18. All inclusive var värt det! Särskilt Madeira buffén när de dukade upp grillar längs poolen. Jätte fint pool område! Bra rum, dock lite liten bäddsoffa för våra barn att dela på, de är 11 och 14 år. Bra läge i lugn by.

This reset is truly all inclusive ( breakfast ,unch , dinner snacks , drinks ). Parking space is also provided. Resort offers outdoor and indoor swimming pool. We also used the spa and sauna. Resorts also offers kids club ( 10am- 1pm lunch break and 2pm till 18pm) . On Saturday kids can stay from 10am - 6pm . That was very convenient since we wanted to go hiking and kids preferred to stay in the resort. Out stay was amazing , staff super nice and helpful !!! For example hike PR1 about 1h 20 min away, PR8 50 min away . Noatural pools in Porto Moniz about 1h away.

We loved our stay at the hotel, all of the staff was extremely friendly, it was always easy to grab food or drinks. The beach is right outside which was nice. Parking can be a bit tough as the hotel doesnt have a parking garage but they do validate the garage outside. We loved that it’s all inclusive but the food is mediocre on its best day. There are a lot of great restaurants within a few minutes walking. It feels centrally located with all major attractions within an hour each way. We loved Madeira!

Lovely hotel, with great sea view rooms. We had premium All inclusive which was well worth it for the al carte breakfast and additional nights at the restaurants. Swimming pools are great, mostly couples there, a few young children as not a child friendly hotel really. It's 4 euros to play pool for an hour, which is fair. One critisim is the number of flies and bugs. At the buffet/drink stations there are a lot of flies, with cakes/lemons/honey left out. It was a bit off putting, however it was always cleaned if something left out / causing the issue. We did get a lot of bites at night as well, including inside and mostly around ankles and feet - take bug spray. The shuffle service to Funchal isn't worth it, better to get an uber if a couple, can come and go as you please and the same money, choose CR7 as the drop off point. Lots of vegetarian options in the buffet also and proper drinks brands served. Entertainment was okay, mostly live music.

Lovely hotel, location, food, and drinks. Also very clean and very friendly staff. The only thing we didn't like was the lighting, as the lights in the bedrooms were quite dark, so maybe upgrading the light bulbs would be nice. I definitely recommend this hotel.

It was a wonderful stay, friendly and lovely Bar staff "Luis" and Reception staff always willing to help and make your stay really comfortable. Actually recognise and remember small details about you, the pool and scenery was lovely, the buffet was varied, likely to always find something you like. If it's not for you, there's a pavillion of restaurants along the marina all very good, overall it was a perfect stay and we were made to feel welcome. The live entertainment most nights was lovely and atmospheric. Really made our holiday a relaxing getaway.
