「I can't even put into words how pleased we were with this location. We were able to walk around at night and feel safe (saying a lot when it was 2 females feeling safe too). The beds were super comfortable. The home had everything we needed. I received a text and was able to reach the host if needed for anything. We will definitely be looking to go back in our future. Go ahead and book this home, you will not be disappointed」

「$125.00 extra charge when arriving. Almost all the remotes needed batteries. Furniture was all shoved up against walls, everything needed to be set back up. Kayaks were under house buried under a massive amount of junk and covered with sand and debris. A/C worked on and off. A/c window unit drain poured water on steps down to sea wall making them very slippery all the time. May have been a very nice place years ago but really shows its age and poor maintenance. 「This community is great, especially if you have kids that need a lot of activity to be entertained. The place itself was clean and had lots of towels and blankets which is nice. The kitchen has a nice set of utensils, pots and pans as well as dishes. Be sure to bring coffee pods, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. I would recommend bringing your own hair dryer that one is slow. We had a wonderful time and would go back. Last thing to not is the driveway is tiny and a rental car that is anything...

「The host team is amazing and very responsive. The house is very beautiful inside and out. We loved grilling downstairs, so much room down there. We loved our stay here because it was very secluded, unlike Key West, where you are on top of each other. The location is perfect because you can still make it down to Key West in 25 minutes for activities and food.」

「Nice but one (bunk) room is where the front door is. and no grass outside for dogs. Also no dishwasher. No toiletries provided. Docking boat is a separate fee. I feel like all this info should be listed. Otherwise it’s a nice spot for boating and is clean.」
