「Staff personnel were very nice. We did not like that there is a daily fee for using wifi and other things. Wifi should be included in the room price, and the other things either should be included or optional but not mandatory. We did not use anything but the wifi in the list, so that was a waste of money. Also, why were we required to put a $200 charge on our credit card at registration? We were told at check-out that the charge will be credited, but why should you hold our money rather...
