Sit in your living room and enjoy the spectacular sunsets or relax on the wraparound balcony and watch the ships go by – 24 hour door man and gated parking and garaged car parking. Pool, Gym, Suana, Wifi, steps to the long beach performing arts center. A couple minute walk or a quick scooter ride to The Pike.
The space
We can host up to 6 people, please NOTE that we have an ADDITIONAL charge for each guest after 4. We DO NOT allow any unregistered guests to be in the unit at anytime! If HOUSE RULES are not followed we reserve the right to terminate your reservation without any refund. This is for our safety and safety of our neighbors.

You will LOVE OUR LOCATION! We are in the HEART of Long Beach! Most of our guests DO NOT need a car at all to go around, everything is walking distance. We are walking distance to the Convention Center and two blocks from the beach and conveniently located right next to The Village Market (Large Liquor and Craft Beer selection), Vons, Sturbucks and multiple delicious cafes and restaurants, bars and juice stores..

Please leave the key fobs inside the apartment on the table. Run the dishwasher if you have dirty dishes. Take out the trash to trash room next to the elevator.
Please turn off all the fans and lights, close all the windows and patio doors. Turn off the air conditioner. Your door access code will be disabled at 11:15 AM tomorrow.
You will not need to use the key fob for elevator to ground floor during your exit. Your door access code will be disabled at 11:00 AM. Please don’t forget to leave a 5 star review on Vrbo.🙏🏻
