"We had an excellent experience. For the first time in a long time. We stayed at a hotel that had absolutely no issues with the room. The front desk staff attentive and accommodating. Our check in and check out went very smooth . The room was clean and had an absolutely beautiful view. The housekeeping staff was also on point. The cafe downstairs had an amazing menu and even accommodated my wife's gluten allergy. I highly recommend the pizza. Right next door to the convention center and lots of shopping and dining options in walking distance. Great location and great staff. "

"Terrible stay, disgusted. I had my whole family travel to stayover for one night. Booked 3 rooms and they all had roaches running around as soon as you turn off the lights. Contacted hotels.com. They contacted the hotel but they gave another room later in the night when my kids were asleep. Sewer smell in the shower. "

"Hotel Mai was a great place to stay pre cruise. We thought it was very nice and comfy. The best part was the heated toilet seat 😋 The beds were soft and it was great to have a little balcony. It is right downtown so it's not the quietest location but it wasnt super loud either. We would stay there again"

"There was no one at the hotel to check you in! She sent me a text message with all the information on my code to type in to get into my room. There was another person meter on in the evening that could not get into the building & I had to explain to them to call the hotel a couple of times to get a hold of somebody. And not to call Expedia. Good look getting a hold of someone."
