"We were expecting this to be a hotel. It turned out to be an unmarked apartment building. When we arrived we were unable to get into the entrance door as the code we had did not work and there was no one to help. After a lot of searching we finally found support online, left messages at an unattended mailbox and sat for 2 hours in front of the building after having been on the road for 6+ hours. "There was a shortage of carts and I had heavy bags for a 2 mo trip. The hotel’s GM came to my room to hand carry these 2 very heavy bags. I only learned later that he was the GM and was very much impressed by the example he set for staff by pitching in to help solve this problem. Well run organization!"

"The room was clean and the bed was perfect! The 90 year old ship looks better than ever but know that not all of the rooms will have modern amenities. Our bathroom was original to 1936 and the toilet wasn’t as efficient as a modern flush toilet. It took a few flushes to get the toilet paper down. The room was 62° F at all time. There isn’t central air to control it but the staff did offer us extra blankets! It was also haunted! I had a lot of fun interacting with the spirits using my ghost equipment I brought along! Spooky fun!"

"Staff IS AMAZING! I enjoyed my stay at Omni from Check In to Check Out. I was pleasantly surprised to find they have a Black SUV car service to accommodate within 3 miles free of charge! The Waite staff is phenomenal as well. I never had to open my door to enter or exit. Do yourself a favor and opt in for the Lounge experience which includes daily Hot Breakfast and Happy Hour :) The Restaurant is pleasant enough but definitely needs updating and ambience i.e. Soft Music, Pleasant Staff, Upgraded Meals and Top Tier Bar Tenders... Maybe invest in true Mixologist or Supreme Bar Tenders that take pride in their work. Restaurant food and cocktails were subpar... We would have dined their more often if the restaurant service, staff, food and cocktails were better... But overall my total experience at Omni was FANTASTIC!!!"

"Great and easy hotel for our trip to a concert/edm show at Huntington beach. Staff was and was able to get us early check in. we went to the pool while waiting and had a relaxing time. Hotel is a little older but clean and nice. I recommend this spot for a fun weekend spot. Right across from a nice outdoor mall so we walked over to shop and eat before our outing. Also, went there after our show and got drinks and late night eats."
