「スタッフの対応・部屋面積・部屋の基本的な機能(ベッド・浴室・トイレ等)は優れていると思います。しかし、その一方で、ホテル部屋のwifiは全く機能していませんでした。 料金相応の部屋とサービスであったと思います。 ただ、「次回LongBeachを訪れるときにもこのホテルを選択したい」というほどではありません。 他のホテルを選択すると思います。」

「Samantha and Ashley and others front desk staff were very warm and welcoming. They made me feel welcome at the Hiltons as an Honor member but in the other hand I didn’t like how Ignacio and Maria who refused to let my car out the gate while I was running late to church and made me go back to the front desk to get a gate key while right under my nose they were letting other cars out. Because of these 2 I missed my church service. I begged them so much to let me out but they refused They were...

「We enjoyed our stay. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The only downfall was the traffic outside. There was someone on a mortorcycle driving around with loud pipes and loud music. We did not get to sleep until after midnight. 」

「Gabriela, Dulce, Yogi were so great to me and my group. Every encounter was so pleasant. Hotel was clean and quiet! If I hadn’t seen other guest I would have thought we were there by ourselves. The rooftop was by far our most favorite spot. We spent more time there than in our room lol and that itself was beautiful because of the space and BIDET!!! 10/10 would recommend people here 」
