"The room was very nice and clean. This was our second stay, hopefully someday there will be a third. The food was very good. The only suggestion I have is that you ask your late arrivals to keep their voices down. Other guests are sleeping. I realize that it is out of the Queen Mary’s control how people behave. Noisy people woke us up and I was unable to get back to sleep for several hours, it’s hard to enjoy my stay when people are so inconsiderate. The history and pictures are amazing and interesting."

"Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Ideally located: close to freeways and good restaurants and big malls. However, I could hear the freeways from the room. Not enough parking in the front. The parking in the back is dark, and I don't feel safe. "
