"An ideal location right in center of the busy city. Ideal for a short-stay where location is paramount. The hotel has a very stripped back approach - no windows, no TV. That might not be right for a longer stay and I must admit that a kettle would have been good for a morning cip of tea, but for our purposes this was ideal."

"Super location. Just walk over to T5 for early departure to next stop. Nice, clean, spacious guest room. Lovely breakfasts, good selections, lovely omlette station. Hop on to Elizabeth Line and you will be on Oxford or Liverpool Street in an hour max, including walking!"

"We had a small inconvenience with our original room, but the hotel handled it exceptionally well. They arranged a complimentary transfer to another hotel and even upgraded our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive—especially meaningful as it was our first visit to London. Their professionalism and classy service truly made our trip memorable. "Hotel is very convenient for Tube, near to Euston and central London, bedrooms are spacious and clean, beds comfortable. Only downside was Check-in, not enough staff and long queues, took us about an hour standing in a queue that moved very slowly."
