Extremely clean room. Staff at the front desk were super. The family room was just right for us, for 1 night. It would have been cramped for more than 2 nights, since we had a baby stroller and large suitcases too. Can't beat the location right next to Paddington, but it wasn't loud AT ALL!

The rooms were clean and comfy with air conditioning. Desk staff very helpful. The location right across from Paddington Station was perfect for getting to the airport. Would definitely make a return trip to the hotel.

Great location right across from Paddington Station and an excellent breakfast that's free for kids! We arrived early and stored our luggage before check-in. The front-desk lady was helpful in taking our bags, though she seemed quite disengaged when we encountered a problem paying the storage deposit. Overall, the front desk service left a bit to be desired.

The property was brand new and I can’t think of a more convenient location. We could see Paddington station from our window. Steps from stations there is SoHo and then the purple line straight to and from Heathrow. Breakfast is quite the perk to your stay so don’t miss out. The pub was nice to have in the lobby as well

This hotel was clean and very quiet. We stayed here in March of 2026. The beds were very comfortable and I like how they had two separate kid beds. The location was perfect for our stay. I really liked having the train station across the street. A bonus was finding two grocery stores inside the train station along with a cute Paddington retail store and sculpture of the bear. I highly recommend this hotel and plan to stay here again in the future.

New hotel and very clean, well finished and good air con (which was very welcome during the heatwave!). Nice on site restaurant and bar and excellent location - just across the road from Paddington so very convenient for Heathrow. The area around has been significantly re-developed and now has a great selection of shops, restaurants and bars as well as canal side walks. Convenient connections to central London (10-20 mins) via Elizabeth line or underground. Rooms are not massive but comfortable and decent value for this part of London.
