DoubleTree by Hilton London - Chelsea
Room was clean. Tea/coffee were not topped up for second night. Only one flannel in the room. Towels were replaced, despite your green policy, and that we folded and rehung them. Small things, but they take the edge off. Beds great, pillows great, washing products great.

Check in was fab lovely staff, Room was made for a solo stay had to ask for another robe, slippers, tea bags, milk,etc, second day room wasn’t serviced tried to tell us we had requested a no service hadn’t spoke to anyone didn’t see a maid so had to ask for more room amenities and towels etc!
