「We had a very nice stay at the tiny house! (Keep in mind, it is tiny) But very comfortable!! An unique experience and the property was outstanding compared to all the other units in the vicinity. It had a nice spacious canal front deck, and kayaks with a launching deck. Complete mini kitchen and great coffee preps. The beds were very comfortable and unit was very clean and updated. Decorated nicely! Loved the loft! Great alternative to a hotel room. We would definitely stay at Matlacha Tiny...

「Original description made it sound like the pool was in close proximity to the unit along with being able to watch the sunrise. Not so. While the walk and crossing the street to get to the pool was not a huge distance, it was further than we wanted to walk. The Gulf was beautiful, the sand was HOT and rough walking on it barefoot. All in all we had a wonderful time. Weather cooperated and we returned home to a 25° temperature difference. We are already talking about next year.」

「New to VRBO. Loved this house, decor, pool, and hosts. Comfortable King bed, great pressure and hot water in the showers, pool and lanai made the difference. The first day was chilly but the heated pool allowed us to not miss a pool day. Highly recommend this house and hosts.」

Very clean facility for small group or family. The pool was outstanding as it was hard to get out of! The Hosts were easy to access if needed & solved any issues. Location was perfect in quiet neighborhood & accessibility to many shopping, restaurants, or even excursions. Wonderful area! We would book again & hope to next year....

It's an absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beach chairs we made use of, the only issue we had was that the listing doesn't mention you have to bring your own beach towels until the check in information is received so we had to purchase some and just left them in the villa as we had no room for 5 beach towels to...
