"The room was quiet, clean. The concierge and staff were accommodating and friendly. Location was great for walking to San Marco and Rialto Bridge, water bus to/from the city/terminal. Only complaint bed could have been softer. We did enjoy our stay very much. "

"Staff housekeeping mostly consisted of Filipinos which is why they are very clean. However, the room we got was a bit dusty and feels stuffy. The shower door is broken but we didn’t complain so our fault 😅. The were accommodating to our requests (extra blankets). Although the manager did tell us that housekeeping ends at 2pm. You can leave your luggage even after check out to stroll around the area. There is also a convenience store beside the hotel which is great. You can also see a gondola...

"Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed in the Casanova triple room. Room is on the smaller side but sufficient enough for three people to fit comfortably. Room/bedding/shower were all very clean. The staff were welcoming and very helpful with recommendations and directions. Mornings you can enjoy a delicious lite breakfast inside or on the patio. "

"Modern, cool, clean, and walking distance to grocery, shopping, dining & laundry mat. Front desk & housekeeping are outstanding as well. Front desk let us leave our backpacks so we can walk around St. Mark’s Square while we wait for check in. Love that we had out own relaxing rooftop where we go at night to watch the stars."
