"Loved the location of this property. It is about 5-10 minute walk to skytree and the train station. Hotel staff were amazing. Super friendly and helpful. Hotel property is beautiful and has a feel of à boutique hotel. They provide free coffee, juice and pastries 24 hours a day. You can buy a glass of beer for ¥500 (as of time of review). The rooms are small, however this is expected in Japan. The room was comfortable enough for the two of us with 2 large luggage and 2 small luggage’s. I would definitely stay here again."

"Nice place to stay. Staff very helpful, laundry excellent to wash our own clothes in. The only minus is that we were not flying out to 9pm and they don’t hold your luggage after checking out."
