Book a Lakeland - Winter Haven Resort

It was wonderful

Great services in all resort... They made sure you and your family will feel comfortable.. Amazing food, extremely clean.. Excellent service.

Everything was amazing. Room was clean, service was superb, food was delicious. Only thing I'm sure everyone is complaining about and I think management should look at is the the pool.. too cold for comfort. other than that the place is spot on.

I only stay with Hotel when I go to Tampa. I absolutely love the decor, attention to detail, the framed Hermes scarves throughout, cool location, walk everywhere. This is why I always stay there.

This is a very nice resort! Everyone is friendly and professional. The restaurant serves some of the best food and cocktails that I’ve ever had. I was impressed by the size of the room, it has a walk in closet, washing machine, living room and a kitchen. This made our trip to Disney a very relaxing experience. Keep up the great work!

Perfect

This property gave me international resort vibes in Florida. It really was an oasis. I had a two bedroom and our party was five, three were children. The entire property is clean. The staff from the front desk to the support staff were polite and professional. Great location, if you only want to drive a couple of minutes for access to restaurants, you're in a perfect location. It's also not too far out from the theme parks. TIP: There is a $40 daily resort fee that will be deducted from your...

The room and the view was awesome we stayed here for 4 night and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was supper nice also I give it a 10 out of 10

Easy check-in, room was ready early! Pleasant staff, great food choices, walkable to Epcot and Boardwalk. Great pool areas, extremely clean too.

We felt safe with all of the checks and security. It's a beautiful resort which is conveniently within walking distance of the premium outlets. The amenities provided something for all our family to engage in. We will definitely be back.

I almost hate to write a great review because I want to keep Bay Hill as much of a secret as possible! The truth is that it is one of the most quaint and comfortable places to stay ANYWHERE. We have visited here many times in the past and will surely be back many more times. For this stay, my wife and I decided to alter our reservations upon arrival and stay here for a full week, which was a great decision. Bay Hill once again didn't disappoint us with the level of comfort and service far beyond...

The Bay Lake Tower, like any other Disney resort on the property is expensive, especially compared to the local area. However, it is worth it after noticing the traffic in the parking lots. This particular resort is closest to the Magic Kingdom (10 minute walk or can walk to adjoined resort and hop the monorail). Facilities are clean and modern. Also, at night you can catch the Magic Kingdom's firework display from the connecting bridge between the two contemporary resorts on the fourth floor.

Excellent stay! Very close to all parks. Staff was very helpful and kind. Will stay again.

We LOVE that we can rely on this hotel to provide luxury without insanely high prices. The grounds are gorgeous and it's close to Disney Springs. We are passholders, and this is our hotel of choice, every time!

Everything Disney and the Yacht Club hotel were great but by booking on Expedia, you do not receive a Disney confirmation number so you cannot log into the my Disney Experience to plan the stay as well as not able to activate your smart bands. Defintely not good.

We having amazing time with are family thank you

Beautiful property with many features. The only thing i wish is that their self parking was easier to find.

The property is just phenomenal, the staff are all just out standing when I needed anything they were quick to help and execute me and my family will most definitely be back here one thing that stood out to me most was the lady name Tasha she was just a wonderful and honest person I ask a few questions and she was so honest with me and that goes along way in my book she was always so pleasant. We enjoyed our stay thank you guys for making that possible for us

The staff was amazing and very friendly! They remembered me every time and were always genuinely kind. I thought the room was clean and organized! Very clean, along with the bathroom. The balcony was great and had a great view of the convention center which lit up at night! Even though it was by a busier road the noise was minimal and easy to tone out! What I can complain about though is we did get a call at 8:15 am the first morning we were there, my husband answered and was asleep. I was in...
