"The pools were great but the lazy river didn’t work. The big green and yellow slides didn’t works. The master bathroom shower would not drain properly and all the water was in one area. Not to mention the power went out for 2 hours and fire alarm went off twice waking us up at 12:30 at night! Had a funny smell throughout hall way and room."

"I already knew the experience wouldn’t be great — I was just looking for a cheap place to sleep and take a shower. But the room smelled bad, and unbelievably, there was no hot water in the shower. Honestly, the only things I wanted were a warm shower and a decent bed, and even that was disappointing."

"Hotel was nice and mostly clean. Our bathroom door stuck to the point of our child getting trapped in the bathroom in the middle of the night and it took two trips to the front desk to get maintenance to come up. "

"The resort was huge, with lots to do. They do try to pitch the timeshare aspect of it but once you decline they leave you alone. It was about 20-30mins from SeaWorld (without using toll roads). The Publix store was about 3mins away for groceries and about 4mins from more shopping like Target. The rooms were nice and big! Prefect for our large family. We loved the washer and dryer as it made our life so much easier. We will definitely go back!"
