「I have chosen to stay at the Portola Hotel for five consecutive years, and it is always exceptionally pleasant. The location is absolutely perfect. The neighborhood is safe and scenic, making my morning and evening strolls highly enjoyable. A special highlight this year was spotting wild sea otters near the hotel for the first time. It has truly become my go-to hotel in Monterey, and I already look forward to returning.」

「壁が薄いので隣りの声がよく響いた」

「週末に宿泊したので、かなり割高で満足度は高くなかったです。」

I called the front desk about the internet and they rebooted it multiple times, but nothing fixed...
