The staff was very courteous, however the rooms need air-conditioned for our stay. It will be a great investment for the property. If that was to get upgraded we will definitely come back and stay here. The Inn is in a great location surrounded by many attractions and eateries.

I had a pleasant stay thanks to the exceptional staff who were helpful throughout my visit. While the building is older and showing its age, it is clearly well-maintained. The location is perfect—close enough to enjoy downtown without the headache of traffic and noise. However, be aware that the walls are quite thin. My room had a connecting door, and I could unfortunately hear everything happening in the adjacent room at night. Great spot, but light sleepers may want to pack earplugs.

Manager was extremely nice and maid was working hard, so no knocks on them. Rooms clean and flooring nice, bed comfy enough for a night. But facilities themselves a little worse for wear with cinder blocks holding up stairs and balcony looking a little unstable. Room too hot for comfort even with fan full blast in October.

Check-in was quick and easy, and the room was clean. Couldn't beat the price, but you get what you pay for. Probably one of the most minimalist hotel rooms I've stayed in. Very, very small, and very, very basic. But we essentially only needed a place to sleep and shower; we spent all of our time out and about so this place was fine. Had some pretty noisy and inconsiderate neighbors one morning, but otherwise no complaints.
